Haha, not exactly. It can be tailored to a person's fitness level. But there's definitely some hard-core players out there hitting their maximum effort threshold.

I practice since 2 months and I’m feeling great now, thanks master @chunyilinn #chunyilinn im going to practice this exercise every day two times. In one video I heard that it’s not good to practice this exercise in the evening because you will receive more energy and can not sleep well. What do you think about it 🙏❤️🍀✅

Started doing these exercises this week and wasn't quite sure what to expect but am finding it very enjoyable and unexpectedly challenging. The movements are easy to follow, and though not difficult it really does result in a full cardiovascular workout. Most important, Helen's persona is friendly and inviting. Great question. If you are not experiencing pain while running, the techniques in this video will help add more shock absorption to your stride which should allow you to continue to run. If you are having pain however, or to get specific exercises for your condition you should schedule an appointment with a physical therapist. They'll really be able to dial in a personal fitness plan for you to follow.

OMG Helen that was fantastic workout of dynamic balance. I thought my balance was really good at the age of seventy but that was not the case. I used to do simple balance exercises. But these in motion were really challenging. Really enjoyed doing all these with you. Balance is really important as we age. Thanks for this awesome video❤

Thanks Dr. for touching all the aspects and reasons of falls and the balance exercises. Balance is always important but as we age it becomes more important to avoid serious injuries . Many seniors are prone to falling for one reason or the others which you mentioned. So balance exercises play very important role. Thanks for showing all those exercises. Hopefully more and more people will start following this channel and benefit from these very educative videos. Thanks Dr Kathy once again.

Balance and bone building is soooo important to our wellbeing as we age!! But the health care system is NOT informing us about these important exercises. If we have poor balance as a senior and we fall and break something, then that costs the health care system big bucks. Or in some cases cost us our lives!🙂
