We are we focusing on bobbing breasts in the first 30 seconds of this video? Sheesh. Stopped watching after that.

Wow! So many weak self absorbed people who think strength is achieved by punishing others. Easy to stop listening to whatever the hell this is supposed to be.

This can be a hard message for those in our culture whose voices have been silenced.

What does one do when your only sibling allows his wife to do this to you? I haven’t spoken to my brother in over 2 years💔💔💔💔💔

I too have had this treatment throughout many years of my life. Not anymore, as I've made the decision time and time again to set my boundaries and walk away. People truly do show us how they feel about us, we just have to be honest with ourselves.

With all respect for the effort you've put into producing and publishing this content, the messages of the first minutes can be quite detrimental to some people's mental health. One thing is to talk about how our perspective being focused on the good things and solutions may allow us to see or create more opportunities. Or talking about the importance of resilience and how to build it. However, bad stuff happens. People get cancer, relatives die, accidents happen, etc. sometimes all at the same time. And hearing the implication that ones's thoughts or energy could have attracted those things can feel rather demolishing. Happy holidays

I hear you. I see why you would think that. It makes sense to get to that conclusion based on what she is saying. May I offer a thought, I think she is talking about things we can control and or aspire to have or be. Bad things happening that are outside of our control like getting cancer or a loved one passing is life. I venture to say that Brene’s response to those events would be feel your feelings, mourn and grieve then rise above.
