U don’t wash the meat off first

You don't need to wash meat before you cook it. The only thing it might do is spread bacteria to your sink and anywhere else that water might splash.

Only tip I'd say is that Asians don't really like to be referred to as Oriental anymore :P. I don't personally care, but it's usually best to try to not offending people if you want to get your channel more popular.

Looks great! Going to try this plant-based as I have a family history of Cancer so need to avoid the estrogen and possible BLV in dairy and choline and lead in eggs. Thank you for sharing
