@@joelangeles2021 Removing first year pension credits on new apprentices. If they had just done that it would have only sucked. The problem was they applied it to the current first step apprentices. Which means they changed the terms on them that were used to get them to sign up in the first place and had already applied work hours to. It's pure theft. This level of example doesn't even make my top five of how bad it really gets.

I started at 13 on our farm loaders,dozers ,grader, and pan,I'm 49 now being a operator has been a great life,It's hard work but I've been fortunate,I started full time at 16 dropped out of school worked for the same company until a few years ago,I started my own business, all I can tell the guys and girls looking to learn listen to the older operators
