It took me about 20 years of playing bass before I could understand what makes Mike Porcaro so good.

This isn't Jeff's playing from the original calling Elvis, this is missing loads of parts. Chris did an excellent version himself!!

Jeff played the original version 👍

Chris whitten butchers another porcaro track When it comes to you “ there’s a double paradidle between the the hi hat and the snare played quietly starting on the hihat on the AND of 2 how can he not hear that?

carlos vega is killing, the drums is the star in this concert ,this is best that i had heard, and the best off all the drummers, i think Lee Ritenour noticed the energy of the drums, carlos vega is on top of the recording, the way he gives the fills to go to part C of the song R.I.P carlos vega

RIP, Jeff for me, your work done with Fagan and Becker was the gateway to Silk Degrees and Boz Skaggs grooves. Your drum video was my musical Bible. “I like my quarter notes to land real nice” became the path I follow unto today.

Omg.. of all videos that popped up on my notis.. and it has Jeff playing "Stop Loving You" on the beginning 4 snippets 🥰❤️🔥🤤🥁🤙!! That song is #1 on my Playlist.. not only because it's an awesome song.. but because of him! They did an excellent job at capturing him that many times and only on that vid that I know of. He's a legend and the GOAT.. and that smile.. is sooo addicting 🥹💖😍. R.I.P. Jeffrey Thomas Porcaro.. you'll never be forgotten 🕊😭💞🙏
