In ibc maximum things are done by Insolvency Resolution Professional for that the requirement for cs is 10 years of experience. This time is sufficient to get knowledge about that subject. So in my view presently labour law is good as when you pass the examination and become cs the most relevent of all the elective subjects would be labour law compliances.

Company secretaries are allowed to internal audit of stock market intermediary as per various sebi guideliene , as per company act professional other ca can also do internal audit of companies and as per GST act 2017 cs are allowed to become a gst practitioner. Nobody is stopping cs from doing all this work . The majority of business men care only about whether you will be able to get the work done or not .

Mam I have one doubt that listed company issued shares on right basis but not collected money within 12 months so company wants to forfiet it's shares and reissue on right basis so please guide that whole right issue process will repeat for reissue or any other simplified process for right issue.
