What a Massive talent this man was! I was brought up in Ystalyfera and remember him playing Panto in Brynamman... He was a total all round entertainer and the pride of Wales!!

Aged 19, I was on National Service at RAF Rudloe Manor with Ryan. One day he had a date with a girl in Bath but had a laundry problem. So that irresistible face came round my door with the never-to-be-forgotten words, "You got a vest?" I love playing these clips from the all-too-short life of this magical man.

A man who could make you laugh just by looking at him. A man who could make you cry with his beautiful voice. It’s so sad that such a brilliant talent passed away so young. It’s just lovely that we are able to still listen to him.

Уже есть, и O Gymru тоже записана в переводе. До кучи сделаю Molianwn или Cariad - и через месячишко всё вместе выложу. So "Yma o hyd" is already recorded in Russian, as well as "O Gymru". Hope to go on with "Molianwn" or "Cariad" to the heap - and then in a month I'll post them all together.
