Thank you 🩷 this was extremely helpful for me, as I’m learning to turn around some negative believes and stop self-sabotaging behaviors. Your explanations were clear and easy to relate to. I like that you mentioned the different types because they can easily be confused as other things and not self sabotage which is what they really are. Much love 💖

So glad you were able to take something away from it! We all have those days when everything just feels 'Meh", so finding something good to focus on is always a great pick-me-up...no matter how small it is.

Wow, you speak the truth with love. The videos where people label narcissism and cutting ties are not a solution. Our families disintegrate with shutting down in anger and pain. I live the passed down mother daughter curse......it hurts every day. Pride took over and no one wants to bend to resolution. No one wins, everyone loses.

Thank you so much for sharing you truth! I love that you brought up the fact that Pride plays a big part in not solving these issues. So many of us feel uncomfortable when we believe we are being judged for our actions, when in reality we should be able to accept that we are only human and prone to mistakes. It's ok to admit being wrong, but once we accept being wrong we are then obligated to learn from the mistake and begin to do better! I wish you you nothing the best in your healing journey, and I hope that your story will be able to help others to begin their own🥰

The statements are so true. One told me they were cursed - it was true…. They screwed my head up really bad (witheld love and affection for two years…) it ended up cursing me. Years later I found myself with another statements made- your to good for me and ended it only to hoover me and did it again- you deserve better I feel I am wearing a mask… they weren’t lying (within days they had reconciled with their ex they told me was so toxic! I am back in therapy again! I have to heal this inner wound (I have found myself gaslighting myself sadly) Thank you

These are called "Shorts". They are small attention grabbing clips. There is no commentary being made, only statements. It's ok if you don't understand the context of a short that I post, not everyone will. But I'm pretty sure you will come across a short that makes a statement that resonates with you. Thanks for the engagement and have a day!

I am making arrangements to leave the narcissistic abuse and landed on your channel. I wish I could watch it because you have first hand experience but the music in the background is extra “noise” in the heightened mental state I am in. I am having trouble focusing because of the endless thoughts and the toll of the abuse, and having to start my life over at 40yo after what I realise what a life of abuse. I’ll search your page for a video without music. I find it easier to watch without music. Thanks for sharing your story and experience. I didn’t not so many people were going through similar experiences. It makes my abuse common but also manageable now that I know others have made it out and regained health and success.

This is incredibly powerful and clear. One of the issues that narcissistic victims deal with is getting some justice, some pay back. There is no need to because they live in their own self-created misery. You can be certain that any happiness they display on social media is just a show. They will continue to self-destruct. If you left one you have your life back and can move forward with the knowledge that your ex-narc is as miserable as can be.
