To start, I need to know how to start. Then I need to know how to create a database of the prices every second for the last hour, and have it update itself. This looks doable. You write these in 15-60 minutes. Is this realistically how long it should take?

Plot the top 10 stocks as horizontal bars from left to right and intermittent levels(see below) in a swinlane form on the live dashboard. Start condition(to be checked once per day) - Wait for 10mins from market open - Filter stocks that are greater than $2 and less than $500 - Filter stocks that have gained more than 5% and less than 20%(these values can be configured). We just need to have powerful stocks that haven’t moved by far - Buy top-3 % gainer stocks from above list Repeat condition: - Run a check every 2min(again can be configured) to keep these 3 stocks until any of them fall below 5% OR any new stock outpower them - Use intermittent cut off lines at every 5% i.e. at 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% etc which shall be used to close trade End Condition: - If any stock fall below 2 intermittent level like from 15% to 10% or 10% to 5% then close the trade for that stock - Else Let it run till end of day
