I put 2 things (Pillow and blanket) in there and they were soaking wet. I used speed wash. Did I do something wrong? Sorry I’m kinda slow 😔

Hi there! I wanted to know how it's held up after a year, since I was looking into buying one of these as well! Also, when it finished did it do any sort of chime? Cuz i saw that it has a signal for when things are finished, but i wanted to know if it was just a little signal noise, or a little musical chime that ive seen advertised for LG dryers. The musical chime seems like it would be heard a bit louder than just a signal sound!

Just bought this. I was hoping for a normal toploader that uses old fashion amounts of water. Online this washer says nothing about being high efficiency and on the lowes website it even has an 'x' instead of a green 'checkmark' for high efficiency. After purchasing I was reading through the online instruction manual and it actually says this model IS high efficiency and will only function with high efficiency detergent. Wtf. Fine, ill go with it, im sure most people would expect me to be happy about this, but honestly i would have kept looking for a different washer if this was properly labeled online. Seriously, lowes, home depot, and other smaller online all have misleading advertising for this washer. I dont even know who to email to complain about this.

Hi May I know if your drying is done , does your dryer power automatic shutdown or you need to power off it , cuz mine need to manual shut off the power , just start trying my new dryer n that’s what I encounter. Thank u

I've always had LG's front-loading washing machine which is wonderful but this year I have a top loader and just the quality alone of how the wash comes out is amazing I was leery of buying this but my daughter insisted because it has all the extra gadgets that you can use from your phone It's such a wonderful machine that cleans your clothes so thoroughly I love to watch it spin It's amazing how fast it goes I feel my clothes have been professionally done each time its great quality they're made in Korea In a few other places it's so wonderfully made I can't even express in words how happy I am with this washer It will not disappoint you Best wishes

I've enjoyed the washer quite a bit. No major issues so far just some normal top load washing machine stuff. The occasional adjustment of the clothing mid cycle if it's a little out of balance but nothing crazy.

I have this model washer. I noticed a knocking sound during the wash cycle. Did you notice this type of noise during the wash cycle?

I've not noticed a knocking, I've had some issues with it being off balance and having to adjust heavier loads mid cycle.

@@amandarobson5325check your cord for correct wiring. If the ground isn’t correctly wired it can shut it off.
