After I add pages, there is a horizontal line below the number of pages on each page. Can you please tell me how to remove it? I have checked the tutorials, but I found that office 365 is not the same as theirs and there is no corresponding option.

The dotted lines indicate where one page ends and another begins.

For the title page , do I put the title of the assignment or the article that I’m researching on ? And if so what if the title is a really long name do I still write the full title or ?

You would need to put the full title. And It is likely that the assignment name is what's wanted.

Typically it would be 8.5x11. Papers can range in terms of length. Are you wanting margin and formatting advice?

At this time, it's only required to have a running head if you are trying to publish the work. Otherwise, it is no longer required.
