Thank You less talk for me after singing so long and watching videos I can almost always figure out in a moment or two with my senses what is going on and my ear quickly picks up the pitch if it isn't overpowered by noise.

I appreciate your focus on the breath because, after all, it’s what sets the vocal cords in motion. Right?! Brava to you!

One thing I love and admire about Classical/operatic singing is the lightness, playfulness, apparent easiness in which they deliver those High notes... It's like looking at a butterfly❤

I love that you have 5 minuet warm ups with no chat AND ALSO your chatty long warm ups too! The 5 minutes are for days I'm in a hurry and the chatty longer videos for when I want to build stamina. I also enjoy the songs you play and explain the different vocal techniques are applied in the songs. It is all great !!! Keep up your wonderful vocal work!!! 😍🤩

This was SO interesting! I actually did not know a couple of these exercises, I found particularly challenging the "THH" One, I had to switch to a more "soft Zzzz" sound, BC with TH air came out all wiggly😂 (not a native English speaker, so I guess it's a pronunciation issue 😊) I'll go and check all your previous SOVT videos, I suspect it Will be of great help 😊 THank you!

You are welcome, and thank you for your videos. I would love a full-length, no-chat SOVT warm-up and strength-training video - like this one, but without the chat. I do enjoy the chat the first few times, but then I just skip over it.

Thanks! I also had the thing with the mask (i.e. what's that?). I'm a bass-baritone by the locations of my passaggi; nevertheless, I can hit G5 on the sirens (after having had voice lessons for nearly four years I hasten to add; I've learnt to adjust my coordination past C5 which might be where the tilt comes into play - before singing lessons anywhere in mode 2 was weak, now it's strong). I wasn't always able to do it; I had to find the coordination. If I never get past G5, I'm more than happy with that, but I might learn how to produce G#5; I can get there now but it's unstable. I wonder if Dimash Kudaibergen went through the same sort of process.

i enjoy the way you explain the performers use of vocal technique learned in the exercise's you teach. Particularly in the mixed voice. You also point to the areas of resonance to make the technique make sense in the resonators. Your input about immersing yourself in the emotions make me see the melding of the music with the voice which make a song become a memorable story. Thank you, for your insights!!! 🤩😍 Sandra Taylor
