I am following you Mr. Tennis, yes the location of that house is perfect. Being in the real estate industry, I can say the house which is building in the new section will get good return on investment later. The structure of the house is amazing, two story is good in value and its pretty close to new amenities and future park.

I would say the person who bought that house in the new section is smart and got the brains, if this house is already sold. I am telling you man, it’s a good structure house with perfect location and building two story is a cheery on top 😂. Investment gonna double pretty soon!

All of those areas aren’t humble tx… they are Houston,, HUMBLE TX IS A Totally different city. We have more illegal aliens here than you do in New York. You’ve only gotten one percent and want to come across the border 1% rest of the set up down here. the Schools here were excellent top in the state 30 years ago, but now they’re crap. And they’re not gonna get any better, they’re just getting worse… we lived here all our lives. 70 now….
