Dear Daniel O’Callaghan My Mother was from the town of Hospital County Limerick and then came to London with her sister at 18yrs old and married my father from Mayo in 1957. They both had wonderful family upbringings,very happy and healthy times. Thank you so much for this. My father was one of those that swam for his freedom. This definitely gives perspective on what he went through early in life. He has since passed. I wish I had asked him about his past so I could understand the struggles he went through so that I could have the freedoms I have today. I will forever be grateful for his sacrifice.
