So I think folks are missing one key point that has been hidden in the shadows and that the Judge actually points out very early in the case, possibly in a response to the early motion questioning the subject matter jurisdiction. The Judge made statement about the statements on the signs, specifically that it was so egregious on its own that they could represent Defamation Per Se. And there I believe lies the key. Specifically, Some types of false statements are so damaging that they are defamatory on their face - "defamation per se." The law presumes that defamation per se statements are harmful. When a statement is considered defamatory “per se” there is a legal presumption that the false statement caused harm to the reputation of the plaintiff and, thus, the plaintiff will not need to prove “actual damages” to prevail. Also the motion is making some serious leaps in the information presented, and not providing complete and accurate recounting of what was said or discovered during discovery. Example claiming that only contract JH has was with what not. That's not technically accurate as a monetized youtube content creator and Facebook there is a contract above the standard TOS that is a contract between the company and the content provider.

I do find it interesting that during first depo other business interference with OLight, Facebook and KZbin were discussed. Thinking BBB (Bruce, Bruce Bruce) might just be capitalizing on judge not being present for that one.

Jeremy said he tried to keep information of contracts etc from BBB, so the walrus’ and other hate channels wouldn’t have the information to use against him before court. Hen they posted the signs, Jeremy and George were back in Ohio until the fall season. The Grangers worked on wknds for post office. The signs could have very well been posted the day before. During depositions, BBB admitted they posted the signs.The fact that. Even if it was only 3 people who saw them, even one person seeing them was too many. BBB is something Tug and Megan started for Bruce

I believe there can be enough damages and defamation, but Jeremy should be well OK plus showing since he has a business man, he should be able to show a quarter of $1 million loss in revenue with ease.

Not really thinking this motion is gonna go anywhere one considering the judge said don’t make any more motions to dismiss until all the discovery is in just less than a week ago and I do believe all of this was addressed when they objected trying to get it dismissed the first week it was filed

In one of the Judge's first rulings. The Judge relates how things will Not Be Well Taken, about some of BBB's antics. Doreen uses that phrase over & over , repeating the Judges comments in her filings now
