You have to salt the sulungtang with generous amt of sea salt to taste and add a bunch of green onions (both should be on the table at this kind of restaurant). You have to eat that soup with the rice (either by dunking the rice into the soup by the spoonful of by dumping the whole rice bowl into the soup to really enjoy it. Adding a bit of kimchi on your bite of sulungtang will also add a zingy taste.
