What an excellent video! I knew the answer to this but I like to go to different channels to see why knowledge is being put out there. From the amount of view this has, I can tell people just want the "Popular" answer and not the cold hard FACTS like this video provides. EXCELLENT job all the way around. Very well spoken, easy to understand and follow even for beginners. Also very good job by the Camera operator. Perfect zoom on the cut nodule.! Instantly Subscribed

Just now learned about this plant on a plant planet video. This is the first informant video, and wow that incredible! I couldnt imagine the heart drop to learn someone cut the entire leaf off. Most of those people will be long dead before it grew back to the size before someone cut it. 😲 Thank You For Your Knowledge Ma'am 🤗

I inherited a 250 pound staghorn fern from my mother. she started it in 1970 and it was 52 years old when I got it. However, it is too heavy for any mounting system. We had it on the wall for about a year, and with this years rains, the weight pulled the redwood frame apart that it was mounted on. The way the fern has grown around the redwood makes it impossible to insert another frame, so we will either have to put it out in the garden under the oak trees or divide it. It seems a shame to do the latter.

Thank you very much for this very informative video. Can you please give us some hints and tips how to propagate the plant from seeds with a few more details? Germination time? Humidity? The best temperature? Thank you very much in advance.

Is it ok to have multiple plants in one pot? I have a big Thanksgiving Cactus with 7 plants in a 10 inch pot. I have neither space nor light for so many individual plants and I like the way it looks right now.

Is there a way of business with your organization? I am collector; however, LOVE to rescue more. I am here in Idaho so we have a pretty good climate for many kinds of plants as well as rare breeds. I am proud to say that I have over 100 just in my home. I would absolutely kill to be blessed as you have been!!

I recently watched an amazing video about Christmas cactus and I must say, it was truly impressive! The video showcased the beauty and versatility of these plants in such an engaging way. The way the video captured the different stages of growth, from blooming to sprouting, was simply stunning. It was evident that the video was made with a lot of care and attention to detail, as every shot was perfect and showcased the Christmas cactus in its most natural form. I loved how the video also provided insightful tips on how to care for these plants, making it not only visually appealing but also informative. Overall, I highly recommend this video to anyone looking to learn more about Christmas cactus or just looking to appreciate the beauty of nature.

My mom was given one after my father passed away; that was 12 years ago and she has now given me a piece of that plant. I've kept it going pretty well for a few months, but I'm worried it might be getting too much for her current pot. Thanks for the tips!

Nice plant hope its about to bloom again, I didn't understand if the flower can pollinated herself or need another bloom from a different plant.
@expertmax32
@expertmax32 8 ай бұрын
No they can't self-pollinate. In their natural habitat, they need another plant's flower for successful pollination.
