I have an FBA shipment with 100 items, of which 0 items were booked and the shipment was marked as completed. The tracking shows that the goods have arrived at Amazon. I'm now writing back and forth with support and they're asking for stupid proof of related shipments that have nothing to do with the one lost shipment. Amazon has proof of ownership for the lost shipment. Can Amazon really talk their way out of it and not refund the goods?

You need to enhance your tool. While it boosts product rankings by using an excessive number of words, Amazon would reject the content due to its length. You should remove some keywords and refine the content to meet Amazon's guidelines, while also making it visually appealing and creative, particularly in the title, and still utilizing high-volume keywords effectively. For your reference: Amazon's guidelines for bullet points are to use more than 10 characters but less than 255 characters. However, your AI optimizer generates bullet points that are 278, 298, and 287 characters long. The title also feels very AI-generated. While it might help with organic ranking, it still needs improvement. I'm interested in exploring your tool further. I’d like to study its features more to see its potential benefits or if it's simply another variation of tools like Data Dive or Helium10's Listing Builder. Great job, though, as one of the key selling points of your tool is the inclusion of the Rufus logo.

Im using Getida for 3rd year now. They are hopeless. Getida portal is a mess. Were not able to win refund for a lost shipments of substantial amounts. They win refund for small dollar amounts. But larger refunds they are just useless (no real legal wording against Amazon decisions) They jsut repeatedly open same cases and hope some stick.
