My little Dutchie passed away yesterday from severe osteoarthritis which would cause him to stop eating at times that led to multiple episodes of GI stasis and hospitalizations in a short period of time… so he had to be put to sleep, he was just so tired and sore from all the hospital stays… I tried soo hard/spent big $$$ to help him manage his pain this past year. He was about 11 years old, and I still wonder how he looked as a baby, so thank you for this. I adopted him when he was around his teenage years - we used to play tag together. Everyone with a bunny - PLEASE always use and provide rugs at all times and NEVER let your rabbit walk on bare floors… my failure to him is my deepest regret in life. Thanks to his sister who we got later and who refused to walk on bare floors, we have many rugs. I just wish I did more preventative things for him

I had a Dutch blue rabbit 🐇 called Frisky. He was frisky. He kept trying to do the business with my grans legs, so I gave him away to a farmer who had a big area for rabbits. It seemed like rabbit paradise. He had plenty of potential girlfriends there too, let him go do what he liked to do. I visited him over the years, and he was very happy and healthy. He got huge, like really big for a non giant rabbit 🐰
