The cons in Delaware are insignificant when you are retired. We plan on moving there this year. How is the housing market in the Dover area? We will drive up there when the weather gets warmer to look around. Hope to see you then.

I would check with a CPA but the only other property tax break that I recall is for 100% disability rating veterans.

Delaware and their government are racist as heck. They offer slave wages for state employees. Why are state employees making shave wages. The ppl work and mate between 27-43k a year. The high paying jobs are given to the high making ppl and they allow them to advance with no experience because they are related or based on the Cole of their skin. If you’re not in the bootlickin click, you’ll make minimum. Delaware is a slave trade state . Delaware on Rodney square sold dlaves there. Some Delawareans don’t even know this. I don’t like talking to ppl from Delaware. They don’t want anything better for themselves other than continuing to not want more for themselves. Some ppl from there don’t know they’re free. They don’t challenge the system fur what’s right. Smh. I hate Delaware and could not live there..

Delaware builds a lot of Condominiums and houses. And they put a high markup value on the houses to where people can't afford them.... and then those building Developers file Chapter 11 and people lose their houses and apartments...... so stay out of Delaware

Who are the gas & electric companies in Felton? Is Felton hooked up to the public water & sewer system?

Gas is usually always Chesapeake, electric can be the co-op or the town in most parts of Felton. As far as water and sewer just depends on the lot usually if it’s under a half acre it’s public but over that it’s more than likely gonna be well and septic

Too often when you talk about these homes, you talk about what yo like and don’t like. You are not the buyer and they are not buying the house for you. What you don’t like the next person may. That can turn buyers off. You are trying to appeal to as many buyers as you can.

Thanks for watching for as far as my opinion if I say something negative about a home and that turns a buyer off chances are that wasn’t the right home for them and I’m glad I brought that observation to their attention because I would be devastated if someone bought a home then after getting in the home they weren’t happy with it. I’m not trying to be a yes man to just sell homes I genuinely care and want people to be happy with the home they purchase.

The basement sells the house in my opinion. Are those garage doors for parking garage spaces or just for looks? What about the HOA fees? Are there restrictions on erecting a fence around the property?

No they come with garages they are just converted for the show rooms in the model homes. HOA is around 250 a month and you can have a fence just has to fit the HOA guidelines.

Greenwood is up and coming I talked about it a bit in another video about hidden gems. They are building quite a bit but you will see some traffic in that area from people trying to get to the beaches. I’m going to try and showcase some new communities out there on the channel soon.
