These are Roe Abalone and the legal size in Western Australia is 60mm.

Abalone is expensive not because of the abalone itself. But the post-processing. Plainly cooking fresh abalone as seen is not expensive at all.

We are in Western Australia and these are Roe's Abalone, the legal size is 60mm. We have respect for the ocean and would never take undersize shellfish or fish.

They expansive for nothing ,very easy to catch and they every where but commercial fishers have mad it hard for us recreation fisherman's to get a feed
