I just finished two Eve Babitz' books and Pati Smith's "Just kids" and think that it is very interesting to deep dive into the life of the IT girls of the 60s/70s. In these books I found a lot similar topics and problems (feelings, thoughts, etc) that we are currently facing as girls in our 20s. Can't wait for your next vlogs - both weekly and reading. 💖💖💖💖

If you liked the fantasy elements, and liked that the third book focused more on the fantasy plot and the romance was more of a heavy subplot then I think you would really enjoy her Throne of Glass series, she started writing that one first and while I would describe ACOTAR as romantasy, Throne of Glass is definitely a fantasy series with romantic subplots -- romance is still a big part of it, but its definitely way more fantasy heavy and even the romances feed into the main fantasy plot lines. I would say the series as a whole is probably 60% fantasy and 40% romance, with some books being split 50/50. And it has a bigger scale than ACOTAR with the world and plots. I love all of her series so far but Throne of Glass is my favourite, it's my favourite series in general. If you haven't already read them I would definitely suggest giving them a try I think you would love the entire series, also opinions vary but I would strongly recommend reading The Assassin's Blade book first -- it's a prequel and gives you a much deeper understanding of the world and characters going into book one, there are a lot of characters and events that get mentioned and referenced in Throne of Glass that you won't understand until you read Assassin's Blade so I really appreciated reading it before I went into the rest of the series. Other people say to read it after the third book, but I personally would have regretted not reading it first if I had done it that way. But that's just my opinion, there's no wrong way. Also, if you do read the series please please please vlog it!!! I love watching people experience my favourite series for the first time since I'll never be able to read them for the first time ever again, it's the closest I get to having that feeling watching others experience it for their first time. I love your videos, and your book nook is sooo cute!!
