Hi great video, it's helped my build look great. A question if I may, until I recently messed with settings I had very nice logos for every movie with like coloured logos and say a cut out image with no background of a movie... I can't for the life of me remember how I got them would you have any idea?.. I am using Aeon nox Silvo on Nvidia shield. Thanks in advance I thought it was on say movies/logos/logos settings but can't find it or maybe it was in the skins extras/add movie icons but can't seem to find it..

Anyway to get that build kr do you mind sharing 🙏

I know this is old, but I have to say, I re-made my build from scratch and forgot how to do this, but this whole time I've been editing the damn xml files! This is infinitely easier. CHEERS

Hello, I just learned how to create my own build. Now I'm stuck! I share the add-ons with family and friends and would like to share my build with them as well. I don't know anything about updates or wizards. If you find the time, can you please answer a few questions for me? 1. Why would I need to update my build. 2. Can I use someone else's wizard to update my build? 3. If I use your steps in this video, will these steps keep my family and friends builds updated? 4. Do I need to update, if I change something in my build, like delete an add-on or something? I have other wizards in my build, will those keep my build updated? Sorry, for the long questions! I'm fifty years old and just fell in love with Kodi a year ago. So, if you can help me in any way, it would be greatly appreciated. If you want to install a second version of Kodi in portable mode. Create a folder in c:\ (or wherever you want it) and call it Kodi Download the version you wish to install and run the install file. When it asks you to choose a destination folder Install it to c:\kodi (or the path you used when creating the folder above) and NOT Program Files. Now when it prompts again for a destination for appdata do the same again to the same folder. When install has finished. Don't run it!!!! Navigate to c:\kodi (or wherever you put it) and find the kodi.exe right click and send to Desktop Shortcut. When the shortcut is created, right click and properties go to the end of the Target Path and add a space and -p to the end of it then click OK To check it's done correctly, Right click on shortcut and click on properties. Now if all is correct when you launch Kodi from your new shortcut on the desktop it will create a portable folder in your Kodi folder inside is your build data and it will be separate from the other Kodi You may have to run as administrator.
