Coach George, I began checking on your team after you all came in to Notre Dame, my Alma Mata. I'm not able to see the games, that I know of, but you're doing an amazing job. I thought you all played accepting well during ND. Stay encouraged.

Coach George is the greatest example that any student athlete can follow. He IS the right man for the job. He has turned the program around, and it is a true blessing to have him at Tennessee State University. His story is amazing. Such a humble soul with so many incredible outcomes. This season feels so magical for this football team. I only wish that local fans and local alumni appreciated this winning record as much as I do and showed up for these kids. They are playing their hearts out. Leaving it all on the field. This is what the locals youths need to witness. If you're in Nashville, TN, please support this program. Recruiting. Recruiting. Recruiting. Now that players have control over their NIL and there is a transfer portal, it is critical that you win in recruiting. Especially in the OVC. This is a tough conference. But I would like to see it compete deep into the post season. Coach George is literally getting his out the mud. He's truly building this team from the ground up and it WILL pay off.

As a Notre Dame alum who was on campus this past weekend for the game, TSU fan base and employees are a real class act. I have the utmost respect for Coach Eddie George, TSU Football, and TSU nation. The interaction I had with TSU is one I'll remember for a lifetime. God bless y'all!

There’s no reason for TSU to be embarrassed. The team (and the band!) represented themselves very well. In the stands, one could tell that they were giving it their all, and there’s no doubt they’ve got a lot of talent on their roster. They even succeeded in making me a bit uneasy in the first quarter. Overall a class act by TSU. At first I was uneasy about taking on an FCS opponent for the first time, but the pride the fans took in their team, and the grit with which they played all 4 quarters changed my mind. I even wouldn’t be opposed to the Irish taking a trip down to Nashville sometime to return the favor.

They came out & played well in the first quarter. After that ND just turned it on & turned off TSU’s offense.

TSU is absolute class. You have gained thousands of supporters from the ☘️. Blessings in your season.
