@@Prathapreddy77 yes bro, Go to the gym and take BMI test and note your body fat percentage. Let’s assume you have 20+ percentage of body fat. Eat 2340 calories per day. Eat 116gm of protein per day. Eat more vegetables and fibre rich like fruits. Do intermittent fasting by eating before 7.30pm everyday. Also make 10k steps each day. Do these for 2 months bro you’ll for sure notice the difference 👑
