The only thing I don’t like about the property is the compound house setting. For nearly 300K, there should be privacy or some sort of separation. It’s quite small as well though they utilized the space very well. The master bedroom was also quite underwhelming. I don’t know what is up with Ghanaians and small bathrooms. It’s always like you’re having to fight with the door. But this developer really tried! They did well!!

Very nice apartment. Good video but the close shots were too many. The camera man should have added some wide and 360 shots to the close shots. The video looked a bit like it was concentrated on you. Very nice Job though 😊😊

Real estate in Ghana is a ripoff. How many Ghanaians make a gross compensation of $7000 per annum? Even the expats with retirement income from the States cannot afford it. Way overpriced.

I have been in here and its absolutely incredible they cost 1.5m usd so the rent price is not too much
