It is one of the worst buffets in Las Vegas, we went because we saw several videos showing the "wonders" of that place. Few quality options. The crab legs are very thin and flaccid, you can't break them with the tongs, the meat is only sirloin, not ribeye, the lamb had too much fat, a sad place, without a soul. The desserts are ordinary and common. We will not return and we doubt the reviews of the youtubers. And the cost per person is $ 49.99 plus tip, I suggest you add $ 10 more and enjoy the lunch buffet at the Bellagio, 100 times better than the Wicked Spoon,

Bacchanal Buffet is overrated. All the food I had there was tasteless and I tried practically every section meat seafood and desserts.

A buffet on Keto is not a good idea. You still have to worry about calorie deficits, and that is also a lot of cholesterol.

Can't do juice or champagne on keto... The sausage & ham are iffy, depends on what was added... but really on keto, it only depends on whether your body has gone into ketosis... ppl are different, so you have to be measuring your blood sugar after you eat... Saying keto is a "diet" is a misnomer... It is a keto life style, cause you can not just change out food types... you can't decide to eat only meat one day, then carbs the next... you defeat the purpose... Now, as a buffet, Excalibur is an ok buffet, but at those prices... nah... get off the strip... lol...

The Excalibur buffet looks much better now since your previous videos. I've done the keto diet before for about a month and it was hard for me since I eat a lot of rice. Maybe one day I'll try the Excalibur buffet.

Went there last night, OMG, I think their still serving the exact food you had a year ago. Those crabs had dried toothpicks legs, the oysters were fishy, the turd on a stick was discusting. I told the manager in a quiet voice how bad the food was, he shrugged it off..I mean..the Orange chicken was in a syrup! Started with two plates and was used against me...he didn't care everything was spit out...lease don't refer anyone here.

price has gone up a lot but the quality also has gone up. on balance, it appears ok.

With Trump, costs will go up even more especially with tariffs and maybe trade war. The food looks ok, but it doesn’t look like a meal worth $44 per person. 😅

the cooked salmon was overcooked, thus “rubbery” and dry looking.. the ham looked amazing.. you can have carb free sauces on meats, but make it with mayo, mustard, lemon pepper, whatever seasons you like and then add a touch of water, and whisk it.. its amazing. i even make salad dressing, for example, mayo, organic or sugar free ketsup and water, whisk it and its amazing. but just a little water, so it doesnt get too thin. sadly, fake crab, which i love, is high in carbs but real crab is not. many do not know that. she made me giggle when she laughed at you for not eating the shrimp since you have to peel it. lol. wow, you really mean “no one makes me peel shrimp” and to everyone reading this, get a simple easy blood test called a1c. you do NOT have to ‘fast’ (starve for 12 hours) for that, and it will tell you if you are pre-diabetic or even full on diabetic. cutting carbs will reverse that. i know this for a fact, as my hubby and did it. we were pre diabetic but now we are in the safe zone. :-)
