Me Chef Raghavan hails from the city of Madurai. A graduate in catering science coming from a city of temples that too rich in culture, it will clearly reflect in my cooking.In the last decade, I had the opportunity to work in such renowned brands of Hotels in India and overseas as Carnival cruise ship, The Oberois, Taj, The Park and is now making a name for myself as a Sous Chef at the Marriott group of hotels, Madurai.
My passion on cooking and eating not compromised recipes came from my Grandma(late), as my Grandpa was so strict when it comes to taste of his meal :-)
What comes from the heart is always divine as I puts it and rightly so as my signature dishes like “Kozhi podi” “Ennei chukka” “Chettinad biryani” “Madras biryani” are too good of my recipes I believe.
