No offense bud but when the bible has physically changed and the content rewritten its hard to follow said god when its really not consistent snd only my blind personal faith would be consistent but like most caring creators they wouldnt want blind obedience i am currently going on a spiritual/Religious and philosophical Journey learning different cultures and religions i enjoy and reflect my own values. For something that truly fits me and not some acquired taste doesnt make what you do wrong but ultimarely I hope you can help people but the path to war is paved by good intentions

Also, your entire life as you know it is based off of faith and the gnostic gospels as well as the entire bible as you know it was not corrupted claiming to be corrupted due to certain sources and different religions shows that you aren’t as knowledge as you are. I bet you are pretty knowledge however just because something displays YOUR values dosent make it right. there is an objective truth

@yluckies My Values is my beliefs otherwise my faith is worthless which is why I Used to be severely depressed, objective Truths based on faith are assumptions and mortal man cannot attain You can have Faith in the freedom the Government provides but the Government is still corrupt , am I saying it's wrong to have Faith not at all but this conversation would devolve into a more philosophical and idealistic Discussion on trying to persuade one , while the topic may be about faith would never address that the ultimate Objectives truth is there are no acceptable answer there will never be an Answer to everything so our Faith in something is our Free will and our choices of what to do with what fate has given us but it's not just the Bible I have issues with either there are practices and teaching of each religion I find very value or useless and choosing the Right relgion that follows my values strengthens my own beliefs and faith I always been agnostic before this journey I took upon myself because I never knew what to believe I had to fate I chose not to think about religion or my own values im not here to persuade you hence I was using bud in a friendly manner just stating my personal stance which is why i genuinely wish you the best

I think that the problem is politicians can help people with problems on a human level that god can’t, because ultimately either can’t or won’t help humanity anymore. So having someone call the shots, even if there poor shots, still suffers the same problem of dying, because morality.

@@jamminjay6439 not necessarily, God is in charge ultimately even though we have free will he ultimately in control and knows what’s going to happen. even though we have the free will to make our own decisions and suffer or prosper from them. God is in the midst working when when we let him into our lives he reveals to us. think of the new testament with judas and Jesus. judas had free will but ultimately his action led to God’s plan of Jesus being betrayed in order to die on the cross

@yluckies I genuinely could not care less when every time I've tried to rely on him and pray to him I've come out more hurt. I appreciate things he's done, but I am never more miserable than when I tried to worship him. A loving God would not demand constant worship. I have read through and around the Bible, and have concluded that the beliefs and behaviors it asks of its people, while many obviously make sense and align with what anyone should be doing, can be obvious to anyone of any religion at best, unreliable most commonly, and dangerous at worst.

@@yluckies It's been a while, but to memory, it didn't do much. And frankly, I think I feel safer than this than I did under God. As long as I'm still a serviceable person and I try my best, I'm doing the job of whatever religion I'd otherwise want to be in. I appreciate you trying to help though.
