I watched your video on Pinole a couple of days ago and was very impressed. I have looked for your products on Amazon and they are sold out. Hopefully that's just a sign that your business is doing very well. Have you continued to use Pinole in your diet? Also, I know this is random, but Avena is also a cute name for a child.

Something wrong with your feet? Pretty comfy, less issues over lifetime too with mobility (wtf are people doing wearing pillows (or wood! So dumb) on their feet off the job - steel toe boots make sense for work)

Why do you think Kenya produces so many good marathoners? That being said, it's hard to determine the ideal genetic characteristics because the the real goal is viable offspring, not maximum athletic abilities.

Ever heard of the cinnamon challenge? Now it's time to try the pinole challenge I almost choked to death one time and not because I challenging anyone I was just eating by it self, Jesus that stuff drier than sand. Jokes aside yes pinole is super nutritious just make sure you have some water while eating it by itself.
