IDK if I was lucky, but it’s been over 9 months and I don’t crave a drop of alcohol, the key difference was that I didn’t suffer withdrawal after go’ogling and reading Steffon Barkload’s stuff, not even within the first 30 days after I quit and told no one, did not need AA meetings or meds either.

A not common, but horrible problem with the wcm2 is... if in a room with multiple wifi connections, it connects to one of those and then my iPad could not connect. Must restart and connect in immediately when the DNP wifi pops up. Why not have an iOS hard wire connection jic? And a built in wifi is an industry standard. 🤔

42 year old, heavy drinker. Just spent 4 days in the hospital with my first attack. Day 8 sober. I feel slightly pathetic when I say the scariest part of the whole experience is being told I’ll never drink again. Drinking has been such a huge part of my life I feel empty without it. Makes me sound like such a loser when I say it out loud but it’s true. Reading these comments, its nice to know I’m not alone.

Hey, just come out of hospital for Pancreatitis. I'm not a heavy drinker. Maybe twice a month and I don't have gallstones. Honestly I'm confused as to why I got it. I actually Herniated my disk and called the ambulance and they took me to A&E and found I had pancreatitis. I had more pain in my lower back than stomach. I was NIL by mouth for 4 days. And on pain killers since, more for my back which has been left untreated. Don't know what to do. Been told I can never drink again, and I hardly drink. That's fine, though still doesn't make sense of what caused it. The dr said, just as someone can have an allergy to peanuts all of a sudden, the same is true that one can be allergic to alcohol.

I’ve been experiencing side pain that’s getting severe at this point for the past 2 months this has been going on. Drinking isn’t helping with the pain anymore, same thing. I’m just having such a hard time stopping. I went to the hospital about a month ago and they did blood tests and a CT scan and said “I’m fine” I have no idea what’s going on but I’m sure it’s acute pancreatitis… same thing I thought it was an uncler but now that im doing more research I’m 99 percent sure it’s this. trying my best to stop drinking, hope I can make it happen this time !

Ive had enough "relapses". They were all excuses and just wanting to drink. It was never ever worth it. It always led to more drinking than I anticipated, and by the time I was ready to try again, I had to work up the courage to come back to the rooms, motivate myself to get back to the gym, fix my broken relationships, get another job, clean my living area and car, start seeing my son again. It took away everything worthwhile and was always such a struggle to get it back

They wouldn’t give me any real pain meds for my Acute Pancreatitis cause I’m an alcoholic/addict. I don’t even go to the hospital anymore. Sometimes I feel like I’m gonna die. I’d advise to not even tell them you drink if you want to be sure you will get pain management.

I had my first acute attack in 2021 after a 3 day bender. The pain was extreme. Hospitalized for 2 days. Then slowly introduced alcohol back in and continued drinking for the next 2 days. I quit drinking for 60 days then drank (heavy of course) ONE night and had another pancreatic attack. This was finally a wake up call that I HAVE to quit. The alternative is a completely miserable existence. Sending love to all of you dealing with alcoholism.

How many hours at full blast can you run these before the battery going out? Also, are 12 watt leds good enough for most DJ events, even in a larger room? Have you done other gigs with them and tried them in other ways? Also, can you have two different sets of these lights with different slave modes...one set on UV while your wall are set to red? Thanks

Day 10 just landed in my lap and my wife says I am just as annoying sober as I am when drunk LOL!!!
I had it twice and it was painful than giving birth. First time, I was 7 days in the hospital and the second 6 days. To this day I'm always concerned about my pancreas. I don't have any more gallbladder and I don't drink and no new medicine at that time, doctors can't tell why. To me, it's just came out of the blue, fast and furious and went to the emergency room right away.

Hi DJ, glad to hear that you have given up Alcohol. Alcohol can cause Pancreatitis but it will also damage your Liver. Gallstones can also produce Pancreatitis. Gallstones are produced by high Fat and high Salt intake. I have just left hospital after my second bout of Pancreatitis and I am a totally Alcohol free man having never touched it in my life. So, sometimes, the reason for the attach can be hard to find. One thing to point out about Pancreatitis is the inability to breath. imagine that you have been punched, hard, in the stomach. Not only is the pain high but you can't take a breath!!! DJ, sadly your message will fall on deaf ears and some may even 'It won't happen to me' BUT DJ, you have learned the best way to keep it at bay and I'm proud of you. As @likewise4Gaming said in his message STAY STRONG!!!!!!

If you had pancreatitis more that once you need to be checked with a endoscopy periodically for a IPMN, thats removed with the whipple procedure. If you dont remove the IPMN it turns into mixed IPMN then to pancreatic cancer.

I live in the UK and watched this video because my 51 year old brother was admitted to hospital Sunday, 27 November 2023 with pancreatitis. He's been a functioning alcoholic for about 20 years. He's an electrician and has always worked. It's in the evenings and weekend nights when he drinks. He's told hospital staff that he can get through 6/7 bottles of Kraken, spiced rum, a week. The medical staff have been very honest with him and told him if he doesn't stop it will kill him. He tells us it is a wake up call for him and he will stop using alcohol. I pray he does. He's still in hospital but may be discharged today or tomorrow. The hospital are going to provide him with medication to help with the withdrawal symptoms. Thank you for this video and I am going to tell my brother to watch it and to take heed of what you say. Thank you once again. ❤
