The town of Berwick on Tweed, a town close to the England-Scotland border was actually at war with Russia for about 130 years having been mentioned as an entity on the declaration of the Crimean war in the 1850's (The declaration was made by England, Scotland and Berwick on Tweed). However it was not mentioned in the peace treaty which technically meant that the town was at war with Russia and later the Soviet Union until the 1980's when the Soviet Ambassador visited the place and negotiated a seperate peace! Why not make a video about this one?
