If you are constructing something that can take more than one accounting year to complete and the customer can't use it before you finish it (eg. a building, a ship etc) then you don't recognise any revenue according to IFRS15 (because the client will not have control over the asset)

Usually construction contracts contain clause for billing for work completion when terminated. And Contractor has the ability to bill the customer even though the project isn't complete. This right gives rise to considering risk and reward is transferred.

Does this apply to SBL? I did all past papers and literally nothing similar came up. I learned off all solutions, they paper in June was completely different.
