It says on the HPRT website that the printer can be used without Ribbon directly onto Thermal paper, ( I have Brother PAC411 Paper) however, I cannot get it to print, it wont even Auto Take the paper with the ribbon removed, how do i print onto thermal papers, do you need a special empty carriage to fool the printer?

買左返黎用左四個幾月，就早幾日更新完佢個專用Apps後就再唔比連接部打印機，彈出一個頁面話打印機激活失敗，即係印唔到任何野！ 0係佢個Apps入邊有個客服線上問話度反映完個問題，佢既回覆係已同技術人員反映我既問題，我唔知幾時先有得開通返部野有得用返！ 正因為咁我又試下用條線接駁電腦用，下載埋佢個網站既軟件開文件印，結果部機終於有反應，但係就係就咁白紙一張咁原張出返出黎又係印唔到任何野！ 用成千幾蚊買部打印機返黎仲要咁多技術上既問題，大家諗諗博唔博啦！
