I charge a flat rate. I don't have any other video.about it. Check the place and think how many people you will need. In my experienve less people will.work better than big crew. Do your math. How many people how many hours. Assume 12 hours even though it will.be less. Then multiply your hours by $ you pay employees or youraelf. Ad 35 % . Now you know how much per person. Multiply that by how many peopke you will.need. maybe you will need 2 days

Es para dishwasher. Osea es un alkalino,.desemgrasante. Debe de servir bastante para lavar trapos sucios en la.lavadora con agua caliente. Los productos ecolab se usan 1 onza o 2 por gallon

Wouldnt common sense dictate that you clean High to low ? I would leave the paper on the floor as dust from above when cleaning will fall to the floor you just cleaned . Any dust on walls ...cabinets ...windows ...ect; will end up falling downwards...the LAST thing i would clean is the floor .

$0.50 centavos. Cuando las propiedades son grandes se baja el.precio del pie cuadrado. Pero la forma.de dar estimado es calcular cuantas personas necesitas y por cuanto tiempo. Ejemplo: 8 personas x 12 horas exagerwndo. Contando los recorridos y preparacion. Cuanto vas a pagar a cada persona. Imagina q $ 18 Ahora multiplicas 8 personas x 12 horas trabajadas cada una. Da un total de 96 horas. ( eso es tu tiempo.que vas a pagar) Ahora multiplicas 96 horas x $18 dolares la.hora trabajada es igual.a = $1,728 Ya tienes $1,728 solo en gastos de empleados. Agregale exagerando $200 producros, gasolina, etc. Ya vas en $1,928 en expenses. Esa cantidad sw $1,928 es el.30% de tu entrada total. Ahora sumale 70% para que al final tengas tu 100% $1,928 mas 70 % es un total de $3,277.60 Recuerda que en tu 70 % ( Taxes, ganancia del negocio y pago del duen̈o del negocio) Tu precio base seria $3,277.60 entre 10,000 pies cuadrados lo que sale a $0.32 centavos el pie cuadrado. Cuandomhagas tu estimado. Debes de decir Tiempo en total de labor de 96 horas Es un estimado.
