Even still, maybe they should have retained bio samples for DNA testing. Just to make sure they had the right guy. Let's face it , what was some Mexican's life worth back then. Here they say he ended up being stabbed, I'm sure I saw another video where he was killed in a car accident.

The point of the Senate both federal and state was to protect the self-governable parts of both. In other words this issue should be handled In a way respective of said divergent interest or left to those parts to be handled separately in a way most suitable to each. It is in fact that latter part the ability to handle things separately that defines whether or not a region is entitled to a senator. Because it likewise defines the regions capability to say no and do things independently. This is what really distinguishes a large rural county from a dense urban city. In that the county if it has a minimum number of people and a diversity of resources has no need of the city. But the city cut off from set resources of the county and trade would collapse completely within weeks. It is for this reason that even the city-states of ancient Greece were technically full states including the countryside around them. Even if they were generally United by a single urban core. As such what the court did with these edicts was not only violate the Constitution but completely break our federal structure. This is utterly destroyed large areas of many states like Illinois and New York and increasing the California. All because you confused the ability to refuse to work together in areas of no common interest with the power to demand others work against their interest.

And remember, they dont read/say miranda to witnesses or bystanders! If they ask you to sign that "mear formality" envoke your 6th amendment and clearly demand an attorney present. Just look at the Utah cops with the Ruby Frankie/Jodi case, they were aware Jodi had council but still questioned her repeatedly attempting to circumvent her rights.

NYT is doing EVERYTHING they can to undermine 1A. Just the other day they were explicitely in favor of the DHS forming a branch to handle "DISINFORMATION". They WANT to see this country fall into Orwell's 1984. I swear to God, this is real.

The anti-federalists were 100% right. Everything they warned would happen if they lost, has happened. A tyrant government ruled by the upper class and bankers. People saw this change in the constitution as rightful catfishing. They fought for a set of laws they thought would exist, then after the war it's changed into the government having more power, wouldn't you be upset? Many people openly opposed it, some even moved to Louisiana to be under French rule instead, calling America just as corrupt as the British. The revising of the constitution was nothing more than America doing what America does: Hide behind a veil of virtue, while screwing everyone over.

What an insane ruling in the first place how could any reasonable court come to the conclusion that the person is liable to file in the fiest 180 days even if they DON'T KNOW? did they think discrimination gives people clairvoyance or esp or something. Insane.
