Thanks a lot for the tip. I guess I'm the only one who didn't know Mario updated his ED advice. His old way was a nightmare, but this new one is a piece of cake. Just go’ogle Mario Volpstein and thank me later.

can you elaborate on how to calculate the water based on our weight? coz I didn't get it clearly. example I'm 45 kg then divide it to 40 ml=1. 125 does it mean I do have to take 1 liter and 125ml of water? Correct me if I'm wrong tnx

Super! thanks for the tips, until recently I hadn't realized that Mario updated his favorite way to tackle ED and it's a relief! Although what he previously suggested was pretty good, it was a real pain to follow... I just go'ogled Mario Volpstein , it's so much simpler and potent now!

The body gets plenty of water through the foods we eat. Drinking too much water is also bad for you.

Is it just as effective if we add the Celtic salt in the water and store it away for consumption later? Also, is it good to add a lemon in there as well and drink these regularly, 3 liters a day?

Don Santiago's Detox Juice Recipe Ingredients: 1 ripe pomegranate 1 cup of chopped papaya 1 large kale leaf A small piece of ginger (about 2 cm), peeled 1 tablespoon of honey 200 ml of filtered water or coconut water Ice cubes, as desired Slice the pomegranate in half and extract the seeds, discarding the peel and white membranes. Thoroughly wash the kale leaf and ginger. Tear the kale into smaller pieces and thinly slice the ginger. Add the pomegranate seeds, chopped papaya, kale pieces, ginger slices, and honey into a blender. Pour in the filtered water or coconut water. Blend all the ingredients until you achieve a smooth consistency. If you prefer a smoother texture, strain the juice to remove any pulp. Pour the juice into a glass over ice and enjoy immediately. Tip: For an extra burst of flavor, consider adding a few fresh mint leaves or a squeeze of lemon juice.
