Thank you Mr Dave for sharing that great old revolver. I love the old blued Smith and Wesson revolvers. A bucket list gun for me would be a Model 27 with a five inch barrel. The old gun writer Skeeter Skelton had one and talked about it in his stories. Thanks again.

Thank you for the review and your history with the gun. I have always liked the third generation of Smith and Wesson semiautomatic firearms. There are numerous variations of each model. The forty caliber round still is a viable defense option and guns chambered for it are not as expensive as other calibers. Thanks again sir.

Try magguts for a near close to flush fitting plus 2 rounds. I wouldn’t recommend shield arms mags but they do offer a 9rd mag for the G43. You will have to change out your mag release button.

When I was 10, I started with a late 50's High-Standard Double-Nine .22 revolver, along side of an original Armalite AR-7 .22 rifle. I no longer have either one, but have purchased the modern equivalents, a Heritage Rough Rider 9-shot .22LR/.22WMR, and a Henry 'AR-7'. I'm still looking for a reasonably priced Double-Nine with both .22LR & .22 Magnum cylinders, though.

Very nice I have a C9 and JXP-10, I put those same color Hi-Point grips on both, had to grind them out around the safety lever on the grip on the new Gen 10mm large frame I wanted the same one you have, but only could get black I'm very pleased with it's performance on my 9 and 10 mm
