I'm sorry, I'm up to the ending of the fnaf plus bit of the video but I have a question: How exactly is lostpawplay "ripping off" Scott's website in his 'goodbye fnaf plus' image by simply using the same format? Hiding text in the background of images isn't a new thing, and it was definitely around before Scott Cawthorne made fnaf to begin with. It's not like lostpaw used an official fnaf teaser image for it or anything, just used the "brighten image to see hidden message" thing which many other fan creators have done in past too.

1: The "Bite of '87" is actually The Bite of '83. The Bite of '87 takes place in FNaF 2, which timeline-wise takes place before FNaF 1. The idea of TBO83 being TBO87 is due to the fact that Markiplier stated, "WAS THAT THE BITE OF '87?!!", but of course, this is false. In one of the first FNaF 4 minigames, it is clearly shown as the current year being 1983. 2: 9:15 There was actually two animatronics; A beaver AND a wolf. Freddy was going to be a beaver, and while Foxy was going to be a fox at first, Scott played with the idea of a wolf but went with a fox instead. 3: 14:11 I think there is an animatronic moan in the call, can't fully remember but either way, you forgot to add the Toreador March song (the song Freddy plays in the power outage sequence). Also, the jumpscare sound is very clearly Golden Freddy's jumpscare sound. 4: In regards to the FNaF 2 theory about The Bite of '87, again, FNaF 4 doesn't take place in 1987. Also, there is some pretty good evidence supporting that theory, mainly the fact that we play as a different guard (we know based on the pink slip) because Jeremy was upgraded to dayshift. Of course, then we get the call regarding the incident, saying that someone got bitten. Now, it isn't technically confirmed that it was Jeremy, but I don't think it's ever been disproven. Plus, I doubt Scott would add a random character that we never heard of to be the victim, and plus, a lot of signs point to Jeremy. Of course, there is and always will be evidence that points against this, but still. All in all, not a bad video, presentation could've been better, since it was hard to tell when there was a new entry. It felt like it just hopped from one entry to another. Also, not too sure if there was a second narrator, but audio volume and quality varied a LOT, if it was recorded on different days or times, I can understand, though.

Fnaf plus dude did nothing wrong. If the og creator isn't gonna release the game, I see no problem with making your own version. I also don't care that he used ai for Scott's voice, because he didn't sell the game for money.

Night 7/Custom Night doesn't exist because, normally, the Phantom's AI scales off of Springtrap's AI, and for Night 6, AI is 7, so everyone else is 7. (Generally, AI goes off of the Night #, so Night 2 has AI 2, Night 3 AI 3, etc., but to make Night 6 more difficult it's 7). And so, Scott didn't add a Custom Night since it'd be too difficult for him at the time to code that, so he added Aggressive Mode instead. He likely realized that it'd be too difficult to code all that, so he decided to scrap the 7th Night text. Edit: I think the reason why Nightmare Foxy's tongue was removed was because it was too hard to animate, but don't quote me on that, especially since I'm not sure if Scott himself ever confirmed this

You can't technically steal ideas. The way you said he "stole" the idea of fnaf plus, or he "ripped off" how Scott would hide text in his pictures just waters down the terms because he didn't do either. You can't copyright or trademark ideas or hiding pictures in text. Scott wasn't even the first person to do that. That's why every legitimate business copyrights their brands or characters or the way they express their ideas, not the idea itself. Now if you wanna say he stole assests, then that's a different story. You didn't phrase it that way so it's kinda left up to interpretation there. The gameplay loop in the background seemed to be from the same game, so I'm not sure if that's unrelated footage or the recreation or the actual game. I feel like that section was the weakest section of the video.
