The first sentence of the First Amendment of the US Constitution: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof" This means more than the simple freedom of religion. It also means freedom FROM religion as well. The Constitution does not suffer Christian Law any more than Sharia Law. Even back then, the founding fathers were acutely aware of the vulnerabilities that blind faith and zealotry represent. Never trust a minister that tells you how to vote nor any politician that tells you how to pray.

You would do infinitely more good if you were to publish a guide about how to love your neighbor for that is what our Lord has commanded. All the people who are feeding the hungry, clothing the naked, visiting the lonely; they are the ones we should be voting for with our volunteer efforts.

It's about if we can see ourselves from the outside, and realizing that our body is just a temporary vessel that houses our soul. Understand that being born into sin, the body is sin. Knowing that the body wars against the Spirit, we must deny the body. How do we do this? We saturate our mind with God's Word. Then walk in the Spirit. What is "walking in the Spirit"? Praying non ceasing. It's easy 🤣🤣🤣!

The Paris Olympic depiction was of a painting from the 1800s showing classical gods in a last supper format. That painting was a derivative of DaVinci’s Last Supper.

This is the winter solstice you are referring to. Died for 3 days and rising from the dead is exactly what the sun does on December 22,23,24 and starts moving again on the 25th of December. Pastor where does Amos 8 fit into prophecy? Amo 8:2 And he said, Amos, what seest thou? And I said, A basket of summer fruit. Then said the LORD unto me, The end is come upon my people of Israel; I will not again pass by them any more This passage says that when the summer fruits have been gathered God would be done with Israel forever. Did this happen at first coming of Christ or the second coming?
