Lap 43 looks like No. 5 was trying to squeeze the 27 and net code causes the drift back up IMO so i reckon thats down to the No. 5

Yup, once iRacing turned pit road on I went in. Should have caught the field and went in the second time around and would have stayed on the lead lap.

The reason st couer went back a lap down because he was supposed to get the wave around and he pit with the leaders allowing the pace car back by him which put him back down the lap. He should have waited until he got the wave around.

You're correct. I was going to do anything I had to to stay on the lead lap at the end of the first stage. Partially because it's hard to get laps back, but mostly because my teammate (Lancaster) was the lucky dog to be.

That was a “ fun” race. Some trucks weave a lot. Like the dead zone in the steering needs to be tightened up. Just an observation
