Speak of the Devil was in interesting album. I love the title track and especially Black Flowers, but the album should've included the couple of songs Fast N Slow and Everyone Gets Down, which were instead only included on the Please single. They are a lot better than a few of the songs that made it to the album, in my opinion. That said there's plenty of great songs on Speak of the Devil. He is a magnificent song writer. Flyin is not a favourite of mine though.

I'd love to hear some outtakes from Forever Blue. A box set of unreleased material is way overdue.

Love James Wilsey guitar playing. Sadly, he’ll forever be a memory as his love for other things got in the way of his love for music. Rest in peace, you are sorely missed but appreciated.

Always Got Tonight was one of the first few Chris Isaak albums I got and One Day was one my favourite songs on it, if not the favourite. Later I got to really like the song Nothing to Say. That was a great album anyway, possibly better than any of the subsequent ones, Im not sure.

Every song by Chris Isaak and the Silvertone band is a great experience from the start, because it sounds different and unique than the standard style of the usual rock bands.

The recording may not be of the best quality, but you can still hear the primal power of the talented musicians, its fine interplay, the uniqueness of the improvisations and the involvement of the audience further enhance the special performance.

Chris Isaak has a fantastic, magical and rich soundscape. When you least expect it, his voice suddenly rises from the depths of the alto into the divine realm, but so gently that you pray that this joy will be repeated many times.💯🎶
