the answers are good, but it seems that Rishi did not always accurately answer the question asked, for example, the question was about how to deal with the fact that stakeholders have a very high level requirements, but they have no idea what they need technically, Rishi perfectly described the techniques of prioritization, but did not answer the question asked.

The question was how to deal with stakeholders that don’t have clarity on their requirements and/or priorities. He’s answered it by talking about brainstorming with stakeholders and then refinement of the input they provide.

Business system analysts typically support the ETL process by performing data mapping, and partaking in the data cleansing initiative by performing data extracts, cleanups, and imports using SQL. Business analysts without these technical skills must rely on a developer to do the heavy lifing through SQL. I hope that helps.
