Joo vissiin ihan odotetunlaisesti toimii.

Thanks for the tip! I have been learning how to deadlift for about 15 years and I still try to learn more from every single lift and then do the next rep better.

Man make sure you have a spotter i hope you got away without injury , are you ok?
@TheOak826 ай бұрын
I just lower the bar on the safety catchers. I feel safer doing that than having some random spotter possibly panicking behind me. But thank's for asking!

Did that make you feel better about yourself? If I'm weak then how about we ohp our bodyweight and see who gets more reps? I weigh 83kg. Oh and I'm 42 years old and have never taken steroids but thank's for asking.
@bigdaddytrips619710 ай бұрын
Steroids don't count. I do this naturally for multiple sets and high reps as a warm up

Nice brother. I wanted to ask a question does lifting straps really work on lifting more weights
@TheOak8210 ай бұрын
Yes. At some point you have to use straps, hook grip or mixed grip to deadlift more. I use straps and hook grip. Straps also help prevent overworking forearms and lets you focus on back muscles in all rows and pulls.
