Very Misleading Title! ....10 ingredients...then the egg is only brushed on top and no butter in recipe.

Thank you for your beautiful cooking video! Time is so important for fermentation of the dough when making bread! I like you let the dough rise for 30 minutes, 2 hours, 10 minutes and 30 minutes respectively.
