In your instructions: “Bake …for 30-35 minutes, top/bottom.” Are we supposed to bake 30-35 the top and 30-35 the bottom? Please clarify this. I’m eager to bake these buns . Additionally, when do you place the boiling water in the oven. I’m assuming you do it when you place the bread. Please reply at your convenience.

Thank you for your beautiful cooking video! Time is so important for fermentation of the dough when making bread! I like you let the dough rise for 30 minutes, 2 hours, 10 minutes and 30 minutes respectively.
