Sir, I tried to add a dual-delay using a plugin (Lexicon). How to decide when to use delay vs reverb? I think in the current composition at the end, there is quite some pre-delay in the reverb(?).

Sir, I was doing this with a harmonioum app with my G bass flute. I was trying to match the Sa with the G4 note. I have experienced similar vibrations when the blowing is incorrect and am able to match it to an extent as well. Please enlighten me if what I am doing is wrong. Another question on similar lines, why tanpura is used and why not harmonium (like it is done in vocals) to tune the flute?

Sanjoy Das Bapi you said in the interview that You should always respect the composer and play exactly how its written ... then why are you changing the Intro? Why are you not following what you preach?

I have two questions: When I measure tanpura frequency it is around 165-167 hz, when I play Saa on my E base, its around 320-336 Hz based on the flute quality, how does this two diff frequency corelate? Earlier I could not tune my flute with tanpura well, but somehow this Surpeti things worked so well for me to understand what is in tune and what is not in tune! My second question is the concept of synth is same as concept of Sur Peti?
@ashwinflute21 күн бұрын
1. If the tanpura frequency shows up at 165-167hz then your flute should show up at exactly twice those numbers. That’s how octaves work. Each octave above the root frequency is twice that number and each lower octave is at half that root frequency. 2. No

@@ashwinflute thank you so much sir one more question, can a a flute sound like Ni even when playing Saa ?
@ashwinflute21 күн бұрын
Wrong question. Think. :):)
@go_movie_mango21 күн бұрын
@@ashwinflute got it so even when a flute is out of tune it's flute's Saa only, may be when compared to other flute it can be Ni but for that flute it's saa only (for example at 320 hz instead of 334).

Thank you for this video. I am an amateur flautist and amateur flute-maker as well. With your idea (and due credit to your respected Guruji) and my little knowledge of physics, I hope to make the thumb hole perfectly on my already made flute. But to use that hole like you will take my life. Regards.
