I like it but I prefer For The First Time In Forever cause in this version Elsa is more selfish and is more concerned about her freedom than saving her kingdom from a problem that she herself caused not that it was her fault but still... And also Anna is less understanding of her sister's feeling an example is when she tries to get Elsa to shove on the gloves and conceal her powers again.

This song is SO BRILLIANT it upsets me so much the final movie wasn't what it could've been

I feel like this scene of Anna being struck by magic is so much more effective. An attempt to push her away turns tragic instead of Elsa just kinda split second losing control of her magic again. She of course loses control of it here, but it's more subtle that that's what happens, I think. As the pressure that they've both been piled under over the years gets even heavier, it finally breaks their backs together. Would also contribute to a better Third Act Elsa Breakdown, since she would be under the inpression she directly attacked and harmed her sister instead of just a random freak accident. I can see this Elsa turning herself in to Hans, especially if he's already married to Anna like the lyrics imply.

I love this song more than the reprise, but honestly the final movie's version of Elsa freezing Anna's heart is better in my opinion lol. Here it just kinda throws me off how it happens by pure accident and we get this awkward "oops" situation. In the movie Elsa's outburst that led to her hurting Anna felt more serious and drastic, in a way

Music aside, do anyone appreciate how they are so expressive and look so fine even though this is just a storybord?

it goes against Elsa's arc so much it's astounding how people prefer it to me. Her arc revolves around fear of her powers causing hurt to people (as the troll said "fear will be your worst enemy"). As a child she refused to let her own father touch her bc she didn't want to hurt him either. It makes much more narrative sense to have her completely panic as she did in the reprise when she finds out she caused an eternal winter. She'd also always blamed herself for the problems, it does not seem true to her character to tell Anna here "you have no idea what I'm been through because of you" Is it catchy? Yes. Does it undermine the message of how mental health issues & trauma can lead a person into believing they are the monster that only causes harm and blame themselves for things they aren't in control of? Also yes To me while I have issues with the orginal movie, I loved seeing a Disney Princess who initially was genuinely scared of herself and worried about people around her, seeing her getting past that was the highlight of the film for me.

I think Elsa felt like Anna was pushing her to hide herself. Anna might of meant Elsa becomes queen again. Or she was just naive to how sensitive the gloves meant to Elsa’s past wearing gloves symbolizing her need to hide.

I think the plot was something like: There was a prophecy of someone destroying Arandelle. The parents feared the people would kill Elsa if they realized she has powers. Elsa is in a state of constant fear/anxiety because she might be not only rejected but killed by her own people and so, she gets constantly overwhelmed and would shut the door at Anna over and over again. At some point, Elsa runs away and the fjor gets frozen. People blame the Ice Queen. Anna knows her sister is the Ice Queen but still thinks her sister is good. Anna tries to retrieve Elsa. Anna comes back to Arandelle, discovers Hans is evil and he is the one behind everything. Elsa realizes there's another mage in town and returns to rescue Anna, revealing to everyone she is the Ice Queen. Elsa fights Hans. She wins and they all get a happily ever after.

Although this song was not used in the movie and was replaced by 'For the first time in forever reprised', you can hear some of the music beats they salvaged to make 'Making today a perfect day' for Frozen Fever, but still, they are definitely details in this that slightly better than what we got in the movie

Why did she have to pull the gun at the end?? Sarah Paulson’s characters aren’t suppose to DIE. She should have just told the police about Lee and stayed alive I would have found that way more satisfying than making her make it all through the night fighting for her life then just getting killed at the very end in such a dumb way.!

This version of Arendelle must've been scared of Elsa since she was born and probably treated her rather coldly or poorly, for her to care less about the frozen Fjord than in the actual movie.

I kind of feel like people are missing one of the main reasons this song was cut, and why it would not fit in the movie: Elsa's character had a pretty big change. She wouldnt act like this with how they went with her character. I'm wondering exactly when in development this song was made, because there was a point in the movie, as you can see in a deleted scene on Disney+, where Elsa never _truly_ shut anna out. They interacted more, and Elsa wasn't such an elusive figure in Arendelle. If this song is in the same continuity as the deleted dress scene, then Elsa was a bit more aggressive (?) towards Anna (Anna kind of eludes to it here [....just as coldy as you always treated me!], and they had a more sister-like moment there. In the Frozen that we got, it's much more likely that Anna and Elsa never really got to build up a bond, or know each other enough, to get into a fight like this. Even during the fight at the coronation, _Anna_ was the more aggressive one. And with the way Elsa is like, and how her powers react, she would never get into a fight like this.

kind of impressive how quickly Anna ruined it. Could've just given Elsa another minute to process the frozen fjord and say more than "oh..." Anna just had to rush it and even whip out the gloves. Girl your sister had a wholeass makeover and is saying "this is me and I was unhappy before", and she still says "yeah i assumed you'd change back to (my) normal and leave this castle" The castle Elsa just said "come and stay, there's room for you here. :D" and the gall to give Elsa attitude about 'the door you love slamming in my phase' when Anna clearly offended and ignored everything Elsa said.
