Hi, Master. Look, I have this Reaktor library (i guess is 6.3.0 lib) since NI posted it in their site, i've used & enjoyed it a lot. I've played it in Mac as in Windows without any issue, but now i've bought a Macbook Pro M1 Pro and i can`t install those little isos anymore, except for Reaktor Factory Library, Blocks Base & Super8. Most of the .dmg installers inside those isos gives an installation error when executig package scripts, a second before to finish the installation. If i go to the library location i see all libraries there, and if i navigate through "files" i can use them, but I feel annoyin' to launch them this way. D'ya have an idea about what could i'm doin' wrong? Thx a lot in advance.

Wow I can't believe I hadn't figured out how to do this already, it's such a big key to the stuff I'm always trying to do. Thanks for showing the chord quantization thingie!

I’ve recently ran into a huge problem with my id14. It’s been awhile since I’ve ran pro tools but that’s not the issue, the issue is that when I change the sample rate in pro tools to the same as my interface 1024 samples, my interface automatically set it to 32 samples, how can I get it to stay the same as in pro tools. If you have a valid email I can send you a video of how it changes on its own while running pro tools

If you do work with pro tools I'd assume you know how to EQ a bit.. maybe it would be a good idea to add some de-esser or just use an eq on your voice, the s is very bad
@makebeatsnewyork90742 жыл бұрын
Yes I agree with you. The reason I haven't done any tweaking to any of the audio on these videos is because they were all done in realtime for my class of students during the COVID pandemic on one computer, so all fo the processing power is going into using Pro Tools for the classy and recording the video for putting it up for people to view later. There was no processing power left over for any kind of vocal treatment. I tried to address the problem, but it always overloaded my computer, which was barely handling all of this anyways. And there's no way I'm going to go back and address the issue now. So, please enjoy the videos as they are, and try to look past any small production failures. Thank you! <3

HI Tony...My name is Kurt. I just purchased a Yamaha O2R (not the 96) that you were teaching about but probably the one before it. Mine is the O2R Version two. Anyway, you helped to clear up some things(not everything...unfortunately) about my board which I did not know. Trust me, I know nothing about this board...LOL! Good to know if you plug in a line level under the XLR input on the back of the board, you will bypass the XLR input...did not know that! I will look into more videos that SAE might put up and even look into what SAE is about. I am currently enrolled in Alan Parsons ASSR online recording course. Thanks again! Kurt

I had the first O2R back in late 90s, I had this one and the DM1000. Im surprised these 2 mixers are still part of Yamaha line up. This mode has been around for almost 15 years or something like that.

I'm extremely confused how to play in key with the sequencer without musical knowledge. Is there a way except the cubase chord assistant to set the right key ( scale ) in reactor and let the sequencer following it ? I like this feature in TRK 01 for instance - there one can determine the key. Could you please do a tutorial if it´s possible ? thx.

You explained to me in 38 minutes, that which I could not grasp in all of last week. I am a total beginner who never knew what PT actually was until 2 months ago. I am currently in classes studying for my PT 101 certification with zero musical talent, zero beat programming skills, and zero production experience. It's daunting to say the least, but I love it. Sir, you explaining this to me in a way that speaks on my level (The bottom) is quite refreshing. I was instructed NOT to watch YT vids (Because possible misinformation), but the routing concept escapes me, and school is not open in the middle of the night when I have questions. And here I am. Gonna subscribe and see if I could learn something, maybe have a stupid question or two answered, and to also spread love. Ten thumbs up, I now understand How to use sends and aux effects (After 20 replays). Bless You Bro!!!

Hey Stewart, I'm glad you're getting some good knowledge out of my videos! I agree with your instructors: I usually don't recommend YT for learning things, but as these are classes for SAE, hopefully I'm teaching things right! ;-) Feel free to ask any questions you may have, or hopefully you can ask things of your instructors that you see on here.
