It's not at all easy to be a comedian so I give him credit for getting up there, also I like how he involved Charlie Drake on his shows and got him work doing pantomimes, I think Jim has a kind heart and his humor may be seen to be racial, but its just observation of characters, no where near as racial as some comedians I can think of. I can understand his comment about the Rolls Royce, and cudos for him going back to mum.

I am half Sri Lankan, Brit. and Bi...Gay..... i dont like the Cons Party,, but as an architect, when they run i get rich... anyone else , I get poor. . im a funny guy.too... you had to be.Growing up in 70s Britain, My best pals n friends were, Browns,Blacks, VeiteS, Chinkis, Indians, Gyipsies and more..... Fat kids, thin kids, kids with Glasses, a girl with Epilepsy,, a pal with a bad 'S' Lisp.a Blond lad with a large Face Wine stain. and we ALL got on very well together and laughed with each other, and we loved JIM..... in this bad War torn world, when you cant do much about it, I strongly feel, if you cant laugh at yourself then you gonna just be miserable ......

Bette Davis triumphed over so many obstacles in her later life (the stroke, mastectomy, broken hip, and --most hurtful-- the book written by the daughter she loved above all else) that you can't help but be overcome with admiration at her strength and tenacity. "This 'n That" is written in Davis's unique voice: sometimes bitter, often funny, and always inspirational.

Winnie Wallace...This was when he was funny, he's natural and likeable. Jim Davidson these days is a nasty man who's full of himself.

The background music behind Peter Lewis's rundown of Saturday evening's programmes is the title music of the film 'Cal', performed by Mark Knopfler.

Amadeus is so well made and it doesn't seem to be 40 years old movie. Only by watching interviews like this one I see how much time has passed since the movie was released. I love Amadeus and the actors are amazing:)
