Yep! That siren tone was also used on Tonka Mighty Motorized Police Cruiser which I heard back 7 years ago but the phaser in that toy had a SS2000 one

Last I heard Falck still has a contract but they have a mutual aid agreement with AMR, it's not very often but they do run some 911 calls in San Diego!

New EMT in SD area. Falck is still the county 911 but AMR also has 911 dispatch iirc. Falck has underdelivered in some ways so it might go back to AMR. Care is almost strictly IFT and CCT, dont think Care works 911.
